1. Payments
Payments – Payments Received are to be in USD (United States Dollars) and UK Sterling unless otherwise specified.
All payments for Abundance Bundle including Money Flow Moon Meditation, Akashic Wealth Goddess, Sacred Sleep, Venus Business Goddess, Akashic Wealth Streaming Practitioners training are non refundable with the exception of valid 5-day Guarantee requests, as per below.
The 5 Day Guarantee applies only to Akashic Wealth Goddess® Course, Sacred Sleep or Venus Business Goddess in USD. To claim the 5-day Guarantee, purchasers must email support@elainaconneely.com within the first 5 days after initial purchase.
For one off live workshops and other services please refer to the terms of the specific workshops and services.
If you’re cancelling because you’re dealing with a serious illness/medical crisis, we can give you a refund, gift/transfer your ticket to someone else, switch you into another session/retreat that’s happening later, or figure out some other arrangement that works for you.
However, if you’re cancelling for any other reason (“I changed my mind,” “I forgot to book my flight,” “I feel too nervous to show up,” “I didn’t coordinate childcare,” “My plants needs to be watered,”)… you will not receive a refund. This is a firm policy. Please purchase mindfully and honor the commitment you’ve made.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
